Beauty for the Community – Referral Information
Bringing Hope, Confidence, and Christ‑Centered Care to Our Community
The Beauty Community Movement exists to uplift, encourage, and empower individuals who may be walking through difficult seasons.
Inspired by Isaiah 61:3 – “To give them beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness.”
Our mission is to help restore confidence, identity, and emotional well‑being through:
- Self‑care education
- Self‑esteem building
- Faith‑based encouragement
- Professional beauty services
- Mentorship and community support
We believe every person deserves to feel seen, valued, and loved – and sometimes, all it takes is one caring person to help them take the first step.
Who This Program Is For
You may be thinking of someone who:
- Is struggling with self‑esteem or confidence
- Has experienced bullying, rejection, or emotional hardship
- Is going through a transition (new school, new job, new city)
- Has faced loss, grief, or a difficult season
- Needs positive community, encouragement, or mentorship
- Would benefit from beauty services that help them feel renewed
- Simply needs to be reminded that they are loved and not alone

What We Offer – At No Cost to the Recipient
Every participant receives access to:
- Beauty services (haircare, skincare, grooming)
- Self‑esteem workshops
- Faith‑based devotionals and encouragement
- Mentorship and emotional support
- A safe, welcoming environment
- Community events and empowerment sessions
All services are provided by trained volunteers who serve with compassion, confidentiality, and the love of Christ.
How Donations Work
Beauty for the Community is committed to ensuring that every referred individual receives services at no cost to them.
To make this possible, we gladly accept donations from the person making the referral.
Donations help cover the cost of the beauty services provided and may be made:
- At the time the services are scheduled
- Or at the time the services are performed
Donations are optional but deeply appreciated – every contribution directly supports the individual receiving care and helps us continue offering Christ‑centered support to those who need it most.

Many people who need support don’t always ask for it. Your referral can be the bridge that connects them to:

- Confidence
- Community
- Spiritual encouragement

How to Refer Someone
- Fill out the Referral Form included in this packet.
- Provide as much information as you feel comfortable sharing.
- Our team will review the referral with compassion and confidentiality.
- We will reach out to the individual (or to you first, if preferred).
We handle every referral with prayer, sensitivity, and respect.

Appointments are available the first Sunday and Wednesday each month, by appointment only, for those in need.
